FREE DISCUSSION
(With permission of Mr.Reza)
When I was going to English class I always loved free discussions. I think that it's very useful and enjoyable for us to talk about any thing which we don't know any thing about it. Indeed when you talk about a thing that you don't know any thing about; you also face those words that you don't know any thing about it too.
By this also we will be able to recognize advantages and disadvantages of any thing which we are already discussing about, for example if we discuss about "The English Forum" of great "p30world" we would improve our forum. But in fact I don't want to mainly discuss; as a matter of fact I want here to be a place to add into our vocabulary.
How?
For persons like me it's mostly happened (in English class) that I didn't know a correct usage of a word, where, which word should be used, yes your tight we can search in dictionary but as I said because of experiment some people know how and where use their words, as we see in the English students (in university), they know lot's of and lot's of and lot's of words (words which even we don't use them once a year!) but they don't know how and where use them so they can't speak! A native English man is already vise versa! He doesn't know lots of words, he doesn't know grammar but he can speak better than that student. Why? Because he just necessary words, and HOW TO USE THEM (this is very important) and you can't know how to use a word except that you use it. Hearing or watching news or movies are exactly this you experience the words. It's exactly what happens to you when you go to class. In a class you both hear & see and this is the most effective, more than any movies. And here we are going to make this experience for each other. When you are confused that which word is already is the best choice for your text you can tell it to us at here. Indeed they're lots of phrases which is used a lot in spoken English and you can't find them except form a person who has used them. (I don't mean idioms.)
I think that it won't be such a bad idea to use Persian in order to recognize meanings better. For example if I want to know what's the same phrase of به روي چشم/اطاعت ميشه I can't say it in any other way!
So let's start.
As the first question I ask that; what does به روي چشم or اطاعت ميشه in English?
CAUTION: If you use Persian as your general talking language in your posts, your post will be deleted immediately. Just use it in short parts.
Best wishes for you
