.NET framwork به طور کلی یکسری کتابخانه هست که شما هر کدی در با زبان های .net بنویسید جزو این کتابخانه ها هست یک از اهداف تولید آن یک پارچه سازی بود هدف دیگر رهایی از Dll Hell ها و ... خیلی ساده اگر سوال بود مطرح کنید
