Please help to increase speed on Dial up

Hi experts

I tried some comments of people and I did use some software but none was realy usefull. My speed is with dial up is something like 30to 33 and download is 2,5Kb/s .


Please if anybody with experience (I mean did prove it) and did increase speed of internet and download , Please inform me .

In my idea all the internet optimizers are garbage.
these software just stick your computer.

All the people, imagine the number written by WINDOWS is the speed of connection, but it's NOT true.

You should check out the [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] and click on SPEEDMETER button.
It takes about 3-5 mins and finally you could read the EXACT speed in KBPS.

Also I add that you have to know is there any spyware or Trojan in your PC or not. Because it reduces the speed.
