Installation:
Inside are 4 .dmg files. You can either mount them or burn them to DVDs. Whichever you prefer. After mounting the first .dmg follow the instructions, and choose what programs you would like to install.
Serial and Activation:
Included in the archive is a keygen which must be run on a PC. There are serials included in the readme but the keygen must be used for Activation. Alternatively you can use Bootcamp or Parallels to run it. I personally used another PC but I don't see why Bootcamp or Parallels wouldn't work.
