You know I had the very same idea of sharing movies new words/phrases/… with others since I’ve started to learn from them…and I thought this is my own & exclusive idea!!! But I’m really happy to see I was wrong!
I’ll try to be a permanent member of this topic…whatever movie I watched; after looking up the new words/… I’ll put them here.
Now,I had an offer to you…You know sometimes we ( specially I ) are not able too find the meaning of a specific phrase/… in a movie; so you can permit others to post the phrases/… that they couldn’t find any equivalent for them here.But it should be strongly emphasized that they should be only&only from movies; i.e., name of the movie should be declared by the users…Because already there is one topic named “Translation” serving them!
I really hope that you agree upon this with me…so if you agreed,please edit your first post and add the regulations about this matter.Thank you!

There are some more phrases which i couldn't find any equivalent for them...but if dear @mir agreed with the matter i mentioned in the beginning,i'll edit this post and add them in the end

Your inexhaustible collaboration would be highly appreciated. However, I have some comments:l

1) What is the point for putting the phrases which we don't know their meaning here. Aren't such phrases more confusing than informative? One can ask their meanings in the Translation thread first and then put them here with their meaning. However, if you couldn't guess the meaning while you watched the movie, it is really unlikely that someone who hasn't watched the movie can help

2) You have included the new and unfamiliar vocabularies; often separately and without their corresponding sentences. I doubt if they are useful or not. If you take a look at the previous posts, I have written some sentences which contain an expression or idiom or they are useful and prevalent sentences which can be used in everyday life, while we don't know the exact format and appropriate words for them. Thus I think they are really applicable and useful. What is your opinion of just presenting new vocabularies along with their meanings here? Is the visitor of the thread going to memorize this much vocabulary? In my opinion, extracting a few, about 20-30, really good and useful sentences from a movie is much better than providing a long list of all new vocabularies of that movie

3) And something about the style. As you can see, I have included two images from the movie at the beginning and end of each post. English sentences are justified from left, in boldface and size 2 and blue color. Persian sentences are justified from right in green color. Yes,..., These are all time-consuming, but my purpose was to provide a pleasant environment (!!) for the visitors to prevent them from being exhausted and bored after reading the posts and to encourage them coming here more frequently

These are just my opinions that I think this way the thread will be more effective, but who am I to judge?!l

You are 100% right...at first I thought that people will watch the movie and they'll get benefited because they know its phrases already; but then I came to know that I was wrong,maybe they don't watch it,who knows? So I shouldn't send posts here with that idealogy

I'll try to use sentences mostly rather than single words from now onwards...except those which I really can't ignore them because they may be really useful or interesting

And about the style...I will consider in my next posts...actually I also thought that it's better to do like this; but when I was sending the post I said leave it!!! because you know it was very long

I think English movies can be really useful but I have a suggestion, you can introduce a very nice and interesting movie or animation and give us time to watch it and find out phrases and words from it and then we can come here and share whatever we've learnt. I mean I myself really like to work on movies but sometimes I prefer to do sth else but if I have a special purpose I will definitely do it. I mean we can write 'bout movies that we all have watched.

Sepide it's good idea,but not all of us have access to films and cartoons.I really don't know where should I find this cartoon, except downloading which takes me about 1 week to download onel

I suspect since you hadn't watched the movie and tried to translate the subtitles, it seemed that hard, watching the movie itself helps a lot in understanding the dialogs
Could you please write some of those difficult and useful (applicable in everyday life) sentences?

yes sure, you're totally right, (actually u're always right ), watching the movie will help to understand it much better, I didn't pay attention to this part --->useful (applicable in everyday life), so thanks for reminding me.(I'll put the phrases soon, it's on another pc of mine)
