راهنمایی برای از بین بردن ارور Generic host process for win32 services

با سلام خدمت شما دوست عزیز
لطفا یه نگاه به عکس بالا بندازین این ارور روزانه میاد رو سیستم و اگر دنت سند زده شود ارتباط انترنتی بین سیستم و کلاینت از بین میره .

انتی ویروسم اواست هستش که هر بار که این ارور میاد اگه اسکن کنم ویروسی به آدرس زیر شون میده
C:\Documents and Settings\ICT_Server\Local Settings\Temp\WER515a.dir00\svchost.exe.hdmp

در ضمن با یبار رستار کردن ارتباط اینترنتی برقرار میشه
لطفا اگه امکان دارین مشکل من رو حل کنید و راهنمایی کنید چطور میتونم از شر این ارور خلاص شم منتظر جوابتون هستم

• The file name is longer than 42 characters.
Note This problem only occurs when the e-mail message format is Rich Text.

RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. For Windows XP SP2, the Generic Host Process error can potentially occur on any system at any time. Although you receive the error message shortly after system startup, the actual error occurred during the previous system shutdown. Because of the broad nature of this issue, this hotfix was made available through Windows Update and distributed to users who have Automatic Updates enabled to eliminate this problem on Windows XP SP2 systems. For Windows XP SP2, you may experience one last Generic Host Process error upon restart after you install this hotfix. This is from the previous system shutdown before the new version installation was completed.

For Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows 2000, this hotfix is only intended to correct the problems that are described in this article. Only apply this hotfix to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Windows service pack that contains this hotfix. To resolve this problem immediately, download the hotfix from the following locations.

اگه ویندوزتون 32 بیتی هست از مسیر زیر گزینه Download رو انتخاب کنید و Update داونلود شده رو نصب کنید.

فعلا که ارور از بین رفته
انشالله دیگه پیداش نشه خیلی خیلی ازتون ممنون هستم

فکرکنم این مشکل بعد از update کردن ویندوزتون به وجود اومده بود.

با سلام من هم وقتي نت پد رئ باز ميكنم تمام منو وحاشيه هاش محو ميشن و ديگه قابل حذف نيست بطوري كه سرعت سيسنم رو تا 50 درصد پايين مياره لطفا كمك كنيد

سلام
من هم از دیروز همین مشکل رو دارم با نصب اپدیت secure عزیز فعلا که خبری ازش نیست.

در ویندوز Vista هم اروری مشابه این که هشدار از کارافتادن این سرویس رو میده به علت ویروس پلیدی است که با نصب یک Antivirus از جمله Nod 32 مشکل شما حل میشه .البته حتما Update شه .
و همینطور خوشحالم مشکلتون حل شده.
