I do strongly advise you to talk to her.

I don't knwo about the situation in Iran but here if you fall in love with someone and if you really love her you should talk to her. Please be catiuos, make sure that it's a true love and not just a crush.

Come on think about it, how is she supposed to know about your feelings. She is a human like you. Just put yourself together and talk to her like a man.

Believe me, if you don't do so you'll blame yourself for the rest of your life.

Besides, as far as your English, as a native speaker of English I assure you if you practise you can make it.

in my univercity and i know that we study in the same univercity.And i talk to her

plase tell instead of first sentence

I have just began to write

you have written :i now study

But it is really the present time so you have to add ing at the end of the verb

you have written :when i study...i fall

it must be in past tense

I studied & felt

You have written : beauty teacher

but you had to write beautiful teacher because beauty is noun

you have written :comfortable

but it is only used for substances and things or furnitures such as soda

You had better used handome instead of comfortable

I think if you don't think persian you won't have to use persian words

you could say

I didn't qualify or fit to talk to him

don't say with him
