New OFFICE continues to rely on Fast User Interface (better known as "Top") - a colorful GUI, introduced in Microsoft Office 2007.
Fallen into the hands of the reviewer build MSO 15 per room 15.0.2703.1000, several stops, one would expect from the earlier version. At the same time, the main components: Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word - functioned quite stable.
The reviewer found a few new features, including new templates and transitions. In general, a GUI (graphical interface) away from the Aero theme and has been optimized for visual consistency with the Metro, GUI, the used in the Zune, Windows Phone 7 and the new home page of Microsoft.
In Outlook, new features were added for sorting the files and the new calendar layout.
Excel will not immediately start up and was the most underdeveloped.
Icons for the programs are identical to those used in Office 14.
