As one of the major components of regenerative medicine, tissue engineering follows the principles of cell transplantation, materials science, and engineering toward the development of biologic substitutes that can restore and maintain normal function. Tissue engineering strategies generally fall into two categories: acellular matrices, where matrices are used alone and depend on the body’s natural ability to regenerate for proper orientation and direction of new tissue growth, and matrices with cells. Acellular tissue matrices are usually prepared by removing cellular components from tissues via mechanical and chemical manipulation to produce collagen-rich matrices (1–4). These matrices tend to slowly degrade on implantation and are generally replaced by the ECM proteins that are secreted by the ingrowing cells.
When cells are used for tissue engineering, a small piece of donor tissue is dissociated into individual cells. These cells are either implanted directly into the host or are expanded in culture, attached to a support matrix, and then reimplanted into the host after expansion. The source of donor tissue can be heterologous (such as bovine), allogeneic (same species, different individual), or autologous. Ideally, both structural and functional tissue replacements will occur with minimal complications. The most preferred cells to use are autologous cells, where a biopsy of tissue is obtained from the host, the cells are dissociated and expanded in culture, and the expanded cells are implanted into the same host (4–21). The use of autologous cells avoids rejection, and thus the deleterious side effects of immunosuppressive medications can be avoided.

به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم پزشکی ترمیم کننده , مهندسی بافت اصول کلی پیوند سلول ,علم مواد و مهندسی به سمت گسترش ذخیره های زیستی که میتوانند عملکرد نرمال زیستی رو حفظ و نگهدارند , را پیروی میکند .
تدابیر مهندسی بافت به طور کلی به 2 بخش تقسیم میشوند : ماتریکس های غیر سلولی که ماتریکس هایی هستند که به تنهایی به کار گرفته میشوند و بستگی به توانایی طبیعی بدن به ترمیم کردن در جهت و مسیر درستی از رشد بافت جدید دارند ,و ماتریکس های با سلول ها. ماتریکس های غیر سلولی بافت معمولا بوسیله ی حذف ترکیبات سلولی از بافت بوسیله ی دستکاری های مکانیکی و شیمیایی تهیه میشوند برای تولید ماتریکس های غنی کلاژن.

به کار بردن سلول های autologous از رد پیوند جلوگیری میکند , و بنابراین از اثرات جانبی خطرناک داروهایی که سیستم ایمنی رو ضعیف میکنند میتوان جلوگیری شود .

One of the limitations of applying cell-based regenerative medicine techniques toward organ replacement has been the inherent difficulty of growing specific cell types in large quantities. Even when some organs, such as the liver, have a high regenerative capacity in vivo, cell growth and expansion in vitro may be difficult. By studying the privileged sites for committed precursor cells in specific organs, as well as exploring the conditions that promote differentiation, one may be able to overcome the obstacles that could lead to cell expansion in vitro. For example, urothelial cells could be grown in the laboratory setting in the past, but only with limited expansion. Several protocols were developed over the last two decades that identified the undifferentiated cells, and kept them undifferentiated during their growth phase (12,22–24). By use of these methods of cell culture, it is now possible to expand a urothelial strain from a single specimen that initially covers a surface area of 1 cm2 to one covering a surface area of 4202 m2 (the equivalent area of one football field) within 8 wk (12). These studies indicated that it should be possible to collect autologous bladder cells from human patients, expand them in culture, and return them to the human donor in sufficient quantities for reconstructive purposes (12,13,23–32). Major advances have been achieved within the last decade on the possible expansion of a variety of primary human cells, with specific techniques that make the use of autologous cells possible for clinical application.
For cell-based tissue engineering, the expanded cells are seeded onto a scaffold synthesized with the appropriate biomaterial. In tissue engineering, biomaterials replicate the biologic and mechanical function of the native ECM found in tissues in the body by serving as an artificial ECM. As a result, biomaterials provide a three-dimensional space for the cells to form into new tissues with appropriate structure and function, and also can allow for the delivery of cells and appropriate bioactive factors (e.g., cell adhesion peptides, growth factors), to desired sites in the body (33). Because the majority of mammalian cell types are anchorage dependent and will die if no cell-adhesion substrate is available, biomaterials provide a cell-adhesion substrate that can deliver cells to specific sites in the body with high loading efficiency. Biomaterials can also provide mechanical support against in vivo forces such that the predefined three-dimensional structure is maintained during tissue development. Furthermore, bioactive signals, such as cell-adhesion peptides and growth factors, can be loaded along with cells to help regulate cellular function.

یکی از محدودیت های کاربرد تکنیکهای پزشکی ترمیم کننده برمبنای سلول به سوی جایگزینی اندام , ذاتا دشواری رشد انواع سلول های خاصی در مقادیر بزرگ بوده است .
حتی زمانی که اغلب اندام ها , نظیر کبد ,دارای ظرفیت ترمیم پذیری بالایی در محیط زنده هستند,رشد و گسترش سلول در محیط آزمایشگاه ممکن است دشوار باشد .
بوسیله ی مطالعه نواحی ویژه ای برای سلول های committed precursor ( اینو هرکار کردم نتونستم ترجمه کنم ) در اندام هایی خاص, و همچنین بررسی کردن شرایط ترویج دهنده ی تمایز , یکی ممکن است قادر به غلبه کردن بر موانعی باشد که میتواند منجر به گسترش سلول در محیط غیر زنده شود .
به عنوان مثال در گذشته سلول های urothelial میتوانستند در شرایط آزمایشگاهی رشده داده شوند اما در گسترش محدود .
چندین پروتکل در طول 2 دهه ی آخیر به دست آمد که سلول های تمایز نیافته رو شناسایی کرد و آنها رو طی مرحله رشدشان تمایز نیافته حفظ کرد .
بوسیله ی به کارگیری چنین روشهای کشت سلول ,امروز گسترش یک رشته urothelial از یک نمونه تنها که در ابتدا ناحیه ای به سطح 1 cm2 را میپوشاند به پوششی با سطح 4202 m2 در عرض 8 هفته امکان پذیر شده است . ( ناحیه ای برابر با یک زمین فوتبال )
این مطالعات مشخص میکند که باید جمع آوری سلول های مثانه autologous از بیماران انسانی , گسترش آنها در محیط کشت و برگردان آنها به دهنده انسانی ( یعنی کسی که این سلول ها از او گرفته شده ؟ ) در مقادیر کافی برای اهداف باز ساختی , امکان پذیر باشد .
پیشرفت های اصلی به دست آمده در طی دهه ی اخیر ممکن پذیرکردن گسترش نوعی از سلول های انسان اولیه با تکنیک های خاصی بوده است که کاربرد سلول های autologous رو برای کاربرد کلینیکی امکان پذیر کرده است.
برای مهندسی بافت مبنی سلول ( این جمله ترکیبی چوری معنا میشه ؟ ) سلول های گسترش یافته به داخل چارچوبی که از مواد زیستی ساخته شده است , کاشته میشوند . در مهندسی بافت , مواد زیستی عملکرد مکانیکی و زیستی ECM های طبیعی پیدا شده در بافتها را در بدن بوسیله ی بکار گرفته شدن به عنوان یک ECM ساختگی فراهم میکنند . ( این مواد زیستی به عنوان یک ECM عمل میکنند ) .
در نتیجه مواد زیستی فضایی 3 بعدی رو برای سلول ها برای شکل یافتن به بافت های تازه با عملکرد و ساختار ویژه ای فراهم میکنند , و همچنین میتوانند به سلول ها و فاکتورهای bioactive (bioactive یعنی داشتن تاثیر بر موجود زنده ) ( نظیر پپتید های چسبندگی سلولی ,فاکتورهای رشد ) خاص ,اجازه رهایی در نواحی مطلوب در بدن را بدهند .
به خاطر زیادی انواع سلول های پستانداران که وابسته تکیه گاهی هستند و اگر هیچ زیرلایه چسبندگی سلولی وجود نداشته باشد میمیرند , مواد زیستی میتوانند زیر واحدهای چسبنده سلولی رو فراهم کنند که سلول ها رو در نواحی ویژه ای از بدن رها با ظرفیت بازدهی بالا رها کنند .
مواد زیستی همچنین میتوانند یک حمایت مکانیکی رو علیه نیروهای در محیط طبیعی فراهم کنند چنان که ساختار سه بعدی از پیش تعریف شده در طول گسترش بافت حفظ میشود .
به علاوه علامت های بیواکتیو, نظیر پپتید های چسبنده سلول و فاکتورهای رشد, میتوانند همراه با سلول هایی باز شود که میتوانند به تنظیم کردن عملکرد سلولی کمک کنند . ( این جمله درستتر یا اون : به علاوه نشانه ای بیو اکتیو,نظیر................ میتوانند توسط سلول های پر شوند که میتوانند ...... ) ( منظورم اینه که سلول های دیگه ای بیان جای این بیو اکتیو ها رو بگیرند . )

The ideal biomaterial should be biocompatible in that it is biodegradable and bioresorbable to support the replacement of normal tissue without inflammation. Incompatible materials are destined for an inflammatory or foreign-body response that eventually leads to rejection and/or necrosis. In addition, the degradation products, if produced, should be removed from the body via metabolic pathways at an adequate rate that keeps the concentration of these degradation products in the tissues at a tolerable level (34). Furthermore, the biomaterial should provide an environment in which appropriate regulation of cell behavior (e.g., adhesion, proliferation, migration, and differentiation) can occur such that functional tissue can form. Cell behavior in the newly formed tissue has been shown to be regulated by multiple interactions of the cells with their microenvironment, including interactions with cell-adhesion ligands (35) and with soluble growth factors (36). In addition, biomaterials provide temporary mechanical support that allows the tissue to grow in three dimensions while the cells undergo spatial tissue reorganization. The properly chosen biomaterial should allow the engineered tissue to maintain sufficient mechanical integrity to support itself in early development, whereas in late development, the properly chosen biomaterial should have begun degradation such that it does not hinder further tissue growth (33).
Generally, three classes of biomaterials have been used for engineering tissues: naturally derived materials (e.g., collagen and alginate), acellular tissue matrices (e.g., bladder submucosa and small intestinal submucosa), and synthetic polymers (e.g., polyglycolic acid (PGA), polylactic acid (PLA), and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). These classes of biomaterials have been tested in respect to their biocompatibility (37,38). Naturally derived materials and acellular tissue matrices have the potential advantage of biologic recognition. However, synthetic polymers can be produced reproducibly on a large scale with controlled properties of their strength, degradation rate, and microstructure.

ماده زیستی ایده آل باید سازگاری زیستی داشته باشد از این حیث که آن قابل تجزیه به طریق زیستی و قابل بلع زیستی است و این امر جایگزینی بافت نرمال رو بدون التهاب حمایت میکند .
استفاده کردن از مواد ناسازگار باعث ایجاد پاسخ التهابی یا خارجی بدن میگردد که سرانجام منجر به رد پیود یا نکروزه شدن ( بافت مردگی ) میشود .
همچنین مواد تخریبی ,اگر تولید شوند , باید از بدن بوسیله ی مسیرهای متابولیکی در سرعتی مناسب حذف شوند که غلظت این مواد تخریبی رو در بافتها در سطح مناسبی حفظ میکند .
به علاوه ماده ی زیستی باید محیطی رو فراهم کند که تنظیم رفتار مناسب سلول ( نظیر چسبندگی ,تکثیر , مهاجرت و تمایز ) چنان بتواند اتفاق بیافتد که بافت عملکردی بتواند شکل گیرد .
رفتار سلول در بافتی که اخیرا شکل گرفت نشان داده شده است که توسط چندین اثر متقابل بین سلول ها با محیط ریز اطرافشان تنظیم میشود, شامل اثرات متقابل با لیگاندهای چسبندگی سلول ,و با فاکتورهای رشد قابل حل.
همچنین ماده زیستی حمایت مکانیکی موقتی رو فراهم میکنند که اجازه میدهد بافت در فضایی 3 بعدی رشد کند در حالی که سلول ها ............ ( جملشو نتونستم جور کنم )
یقینا ماده زیستی انتخاب شده باید به بافت مهندسی شده ( یا ساخته شده ) اجازه نگهداشتن مناسب یکپارچگی مکانیکی رو برای حمایت کردن از خودش در گسترش اخیردهد ,چون در گسترش اخیر , ماده ی زیستی انتخاب شده به طور یقین باید تخریب شده باشد چنان که آن (تخریب ماده زیستی ) مانع رشد بیشتر بافت نشود .
اساسا 3 رده از مواد زیستی برای استفاده درمهندسی بافت به کار گرفته شده اند : موادی که به طور طبیعی مشتق گرفته اند ( نظیر : کلاژن و alginate ) ماتریکس های بافت غیر سلولی ( نظیر: غشای موکوسی مثانه و غشای موکوسی روده ی کوچک ) و پلی مر های مصنوعی ( نظیر : polyglycolic acid (PGA), polylactic acid (PLA) و poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) .
این رده ها از مواد زیستی از نظر سازگاری زیستی شان تست شده اند .
بطور طبیعی مواد مشتق شده و ماتریکس های بافت غیر سلولی دارای پتانسیل منفعت شناخت زیستی هستند.
اگرچه پلی مرهای مصنوعی با قابلیت تولید دوباره میتوانند در مقیاس یزرگی با خصوصیت های کنترل شده قدرتشان ,سرعت تخریبشان و ساختار ریزشان تولید شوند .

راستش من واقعا علاقه مند به ترجمه هستم ولي به خاطر درسم مدام نمي تونم ترجمه كنم. به خاطر همين مسئله مي خواستم بدونم منظورتون از كار مستمر چي بود.

I myself had studied English in ILI for seven years. It depends on your goal. I mean if you want to learn English don't attend the conversation classes like Kish. Because in conversation classes they tell you to memorize different dialogs in order to be able to handle a simple conversation. But when you learn how to make sentences yourself then you can speak as fluent as a native American. My suggestion is that you forget the conversation and focus on learning from the foundation. Here in Iran there are two institutes that teach English in a standard way. First one is The ILI ( Iran Language Institute - کانون زبان ايران ) and the other one is National Language Institute ( موسسه ملي زبان ). I urge that you attend the ILI classes because all of their books are written in America but the NLI's books are Iranian.

آدرس خودتون (بدون اسم خودتون) بايد بالا سمت راست باشه

و دوباره سمت راست روبروي آخرين خط آدرس گيرنده(يا خط بعدي آن) بايد تاريخ را بنويسيد

به اين رسم الخط علاوه بر Cursive writing، بويژه در گويش بريتيش joined-up writing نيز مي گويند و در استراليا آن را running writing مي نامند.
اين دو عبارت رو از اين جهت اضافه كردم كه اگر با كليدواژه هاي زير مجموعه «هندرايتينگ»(handwriting) خواستيد فونت يا آموزش به اصطلاح «سر هم نويسي» رو پيدا كنيد، گزينه هاي پيش روي شما بيشتر باشد.

As I know "the hell" is an intensifier and is a synonym for "on earth" ,It is usually used to express annoyance,and sometimes suprise or emphasis.
It is usu translated into:"کدم گوری ، گورستونی یا چه غلطی، چه گ...
But I think what you said is not an integrated sentence,and "the hell" has been brought here to express suprise(I guess you heard it in a movie or a story)
I mean like "how long have you been walking...(and then)...to the hell(as an intensifier)"
as you know "How long have you been walking?" is present perfect progressive and translates into"چه مدتیست که در حال راه رفتن هستید؟" or simply"چه مدتی که دارید راه میرید؟"
But if it's a complete sentence then it may mean "چه مدتی که داری به سوی این جهنم(گورستون)(منظور از جهنم یا گورستون مکان خاصی هست که برای گوینده و شنونده آشناست.) (راه) می ری" or if it's equal to"how long the hell have you been walking" it may mean "محض رضای خدا چه مدتی داری راه می ری؟"
یا

*It's not hell(meaning the place believed to be the place for the evil...(people like us maybe).)Because it is not used with any articles(like the,a...)

شرمنده من متوجه نشدم. نوشته بودم که اگه ميخواي انگليسي ياد بگيري توي کلاسهاي مکالمه شرکت نکن و فقط به اونا بسنده نکن. چون توي کلاسهاي مکالمه اکثرا روي اينکه يه مکالمه مشخص حفظ بشه تا بعدا در موارد مورد نياز ازش استفاده بشه تاکيد ميکنن و کمتر به گرامر و آموزش گرامر ميپردازن. يعني بهت ياد ميدن که مثلا " من گشنمه " به انگليسي ميشه " I'm hungry " ولي اگه بخواي بگي " من ديشب گشنم بود " ديگه نميتوني از اين استفاده کني. براي همين من پيشنهاد ميکنم توي کلاسي ثبت نام بکني که گرامر ، مکالمه ، نوشتار و شنيدار رو با هم و بصورت استاندارد بهت آموزش بدن. من خودم هفت سال توي کانون زبان ايران ( ILI ) همون ايران آمريکاي سابق زبان خوندم و الان هم يه چند ماهي ميشه که تمام دوره هاش رو تموم کردم. به نظر من اگه ميتوني يه مدت توي نوبت بموني ( چون متقاضي ثبت نام کانون خيلي زياده ) حتما برو سمت کانون ولي اگه نميتوني منتظر بموني موسسه ملي زبان هم انصافا بد نيست. همه کتابها و روش تدريس کلاسهاي کانون توي آمريکا تهيه ميشن و مخصوص کانون هستن ولي موسسات ديگه اکثرا کتابهاي قديمي خارجي و يا کتابهاي داخلي رو مرجع تدريسشون قرار ميدن.
بازم اگه اطلاعاتي خواستي من در خدمتم.

For IELTS course there is 4 sections: Speaking, Listening, Writing And Reading.
And if you want to pass the exam successfully then you will have to expand your skills in this four fields. As I have experienced till now first of all you should have a strong vocabulary collection in your mind and for this purpose they suggest you to read and study the "504 vocabulary book" Which is the basic book for learning words in IELTS. And beside that there is some other books which help you to improve your listening, speaking and some more hints about writing.

After all, for a student in your level my suggestion is to pass a short period of IELTS course which is regularly available almost anywhere you want. And After that you got qualified you can take part in Embassy exam which is being given annually I think.

براي دوره هاي IELTS بايد شما 4 مهارت رو در خودتون تقويت كنين: صحبت كردن، گوش دادن، نوشتن و خواندن كه در نهايت به شما كمك مي كنه آزمون رو با موفقيت پشت سر بذارين. اون طور كه من تا به حال تجربه كردم ابتدا شما بايد دايره لغات وسيعي داشته باشين كه براي رسيدن به اين هدف كتاب 504 كلمه رو به شما توصيه مي كنن كه كتاب پايه اي يادگيري لغات در دوره IELTS هست. بعد يه سري كتابايي هم هست كه براي پيشرفت مهارت هاي ديگه يعني شنيدار گفتار و نوشتار بايد مطالعه كنيد.

در كل آزمون اصلي IELTS فكر مي كنم هر سال يكبار در سفارت انگلستان برگزار بشه كه شما قبل از اون بهتره با توجه به سطحي كه گفتين هستين دو يكي از دوره هاي آمادگي IELTS شركت كنيد و بعد به شركت در آزمون اصلي سفارت اقدام كنيد.

متن : سلام به اتاق توصیفی (((( مثلا به اون خواننده میخوام بفهمونم که دارم اتاقمو وصفم میکنم )))) من خوش امدید. اتاق من خیلی بزرگ است در ابتدا که بخوام وارد اتاقم بشم میز کامپیوترم قرار دارد وپشت میز کامپیوترم یک اتاق دیواری است که در ان یک پرینتر و اسکنر و فاکس و 1 دوربین فیلم برداری و 2 دوربین عکاسی است و کنار میز کامپیوترم نیز کمد بزرگ جا تلویزیونی است که تولویزیون بالا قرار دارد و یک سی دی پلیر و دی ی دی پلایر بالای تلویزیون هست و ویدو و یک ضبط ( کاست ) بزرگ زیر تلویزیون قرار دارد و روی میز تلویزیون چند تا سبد گل قرار دارد . و در حقیقت من ادمی منظم نیستم ! و جورابام وحتی لباسام کف اتاقم ریختن و یک لنگ جورابم یک جا ولنگ دیگش یه جای دیگه !!! و یک سطل اشغال کوچی در اتاقم هست و یک کمد برای سی دی های من و یک کمد برای کتابهام و یک چراغ مطالعه و و یک کمد دیواری هم برای پتو و تشک هست. "



همینا بودن اگه تونستین تا فردا جواب بدین اگه اینارو نتونستین جواب بدین هرچیزی که بلد بودین از روی خودتون برام بزارید البته اگه شد با معنی فارسیش

Another similar epithet is "cop-killa," which, in addition to lauding the murder of a police officer, is used often as a reference to "Cop Killer", a 1992 rap song by Ice-T. Crime, especially homicide, theft, robbery, battery, assault, and drug trafficking, is idealized in thug culture, and often thugs who have been to prison are given respect and looked upon as "hard" (meaning both strong and emotionally callous when necessary). Normal modifications include Home Theaters, huge swimming pools, and home recording studios (they may run these as businesses, allowing other artists from other genres to record there for a fee). These houses normally also have garages to house a thug's massive fleet of expensive luxury vehicles. Popular brands among thugs include Bentley, Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce &all other stylish automobiles. Usually these automobiles are modified to have large, spinning rims, often encrusted with diamonds and being up to 30 inches in diameter. Thugs also tend to be huge fans of crunk, dirty south rap and many other types of rapping, the only precondition being that the lyrics be about wealth and living the thug lifestyle.

Other status symbols for thugs include tattoos, some of which are heavily symbolic, (e.g. tear drop tattoos on the face represent murders committed or family members who died while the individual was in prison), wounds/scars from fights (i.e. knife and bullet wounds), and prison time. Thug culture borrows heavily from prison culture, but as many members are ages 11 to 17, this is more often due to emulation than actual prison experience.

Thugs are also notorious for their relations with (and attitudes toward) women. Most thugs look down upon some women as being "hoes" or "tricks"; in other words, merely being vessels used for sexual pleasure. Romantic relationships with or any semblance of love for women is highly taboo, and women are usually only kept for sexual gratification. Thugs usually only hold admiration for their fellow thugs and other wealthy individuals in society. For example, living with a wife is highly taboo, but living with one's fellow thugs in a massive, pimped-out mansion is thoroughly acceptable (which is ironic, given the homophobia of gangsta rap). Pimps are also seen as role models by thugs.

But as you know this is my way to define the word meanings in any text by its original definition which has been explained for the first time at the begining of the text if you get my meaning by this...
And because this sentence was a solo one without any previous or next extra information about it and also because I didn't have a clue in my mind that in which field this words are used I was not be able to translate it properly...

شروع نامه ها با Dear به اضافه اسم گیرنده نامه. اگر اسم شخص مربوطه رو نمیدونستید میتونید مثل همین چیزی که من نوشتم بنویسید. اگر نامه مربوط به مدیریت یا بخش خاصی میشد نامه را خطاب به همان بخش مینویسید ( مثلا Dear Manager ) . پایان نامه هم با Best regards یا Kind regards یا اگر خواستید خیلی رسمی تر باشه میتونید بنویسید Sincerely yours یا Faithfully yours.

Volts (voltage) is a measure of the force moving the electrons. (High voltage is dangerous!)

To solve this problem we can combine battery cells to create higher voltages. Building more lemon batteries and connecting them with a metal wire from "+" to "-" adds the voltage from each cell.

The two lemon batteries above, combine to produce a voltage of 1.788 volts. This combination still does not create enough current to light a small bulb. Note the red wire connecting the batteries is joined from "+" (penny) to "-" (galvanized nail).

Four lemon batteries create a voltage of 3.50 volts. We should be able to light up a small device like an LED (Light Emitting Diode).
Note the connecting wires go from "+" to "-" on each battery.

LED

To turn on an LED you must determine the "+" and "-" connections. If you look closely at the red plastic base of an LED you will notice a "flat" spot (indicated by arrow above). The wire that comes out beside the flat spot must connect to the "-" side of a battery, the other wire to the "+" side.

Important information about LEDs: LEDs are designed to work at very low voltages (~ 2V) and low currents. They will be damaged if connected to batteries rated at over 2 volts. LEDs require resistors to control current when used with batteries rated at over 2 volts. Lemon batteries produce low current. It is OK to connect an LED to a lemon battery.

In the above image, electrons flow from the "-" (nail) end of our lemon battery through the LED (making it glow) then back to the "+" (penny) end of the battery. This is an electronic circuit. The LED glows dimly with this configuration.


Improving your battery.

The quality of the copper and zinc can be a problem for a battery like this. Pennies in particular are rarely pure copper.
Try substituting a length of 14 gauge copper wire (common house wire) for the penny. Experiment with different lengths and configurations of electrodes. Other sources of zinc and copper may be found in the plumbing supply department of a hardware store.

برای ساخت ترکیبات ساختاری با استفاده از ترکیبات Oxide/oxide، درک عمیقی از رفتار ماده و ضعف های آن نیاز است.به همین جهت AE، روشی است کارآمد، برای مانیتور کردن پیشرفت آسیب در مواد و ساختار، که اخیرا برای تشخیص چگونگی آسیب در ترکیبات ساختاری زیر فشار شبیه سازی شده و dynamic-cyclic موفقیت آمیز بوده است.هدف این کار، تحقیق در مورد چگونگی ضعف ترکیبات جدید Oxide/oxide با استفاده از یک in-house innovative unsupervised است،روشی برای Pattern recognition، که قادر به طبقه بندی اطلاعات بدست آمده در روش AE به هنگام آزمایش کردن برای یافتن ضعف ها در حالات گوناگون می باشد. تا کنون بیشتر پیشنهادها در روش AE برای شرح خصوصیات مواد ترکیبی، بر اساس Conventional AE analysis ، که اطلاعات به دست آمده از فعالیت نموداری Cumulative Hits versus load و ارتباط بعضی از مشخصه های AE، مانند Amplitude و/یا Duration، در تشخیص آسیب های اساسی بوده است.(اصلا این قسمت رو مطمئن نیستم! اصلا معلوم نیست چی نوشتم!).با این وجود،در رابطه با ترکیبات سرامیکی، این روش ها به دلیل میزان آسیب بالا و عوامل Stress tribution، مانند Matris cracking, fibre/matrix debonding and sliding کافی نیستند.

منظور من بيشتر كلمه subscription هستش. چون ما به كل متن احاطه نداريم، لذا جمله فوق ايهام داره و مي تونه به دو صورت ترجمه بشه. در ضمن، كلمه time period هم جاي بحث داره كه به نظر من معني مدت زمان بيشتر بهش مي خوره تا زمان.

دقيقا. ولي با توجه به جمله هايي كه ايشون قبلا براي ترجمه داده بودن مشخصه كه ميخوان يه قطعه خريداري كنن كه در اينصورت اصولا بحث بيشتر بسوي زمان پرداخت ميره. چون براي خريدن يك قطعه فكر نميكنم نيازي به اشتراك باشه و پرداخت هم يك بار صورت ميگيرد نه در طول زمان.
ميشه اينطور هم تصور كرد كه منظور نويسنده اين جمله اينه كه بعد از چه مدت زمان پول رو پرداخت ميكنيد كه باز هم مفهومش ميشه همون جمله ي من يعني زمان پرداخت.
