رسیدگی به امور مالی وایجاد نظم در انجام این امور امروزه به عنوان یکی از مهمترین و حساس ترین نکاتی می باشد که تاجران در انجام امور روزانه خود مد نظر قرار می دهند. حسابداری و رسیدگی به امور مالی به صورت روزانه و مداوم یکی از اصول حفظ و امنیت شغلی در هر زمینه کاری محسوب می شود. اعتبار چک ها ، تاریخ های کارت های اعتباری ، زمان دریافت بستانکاری ها و بسیاری دیگر از امور مالی نیاز به کنترل منسجمی دارد . امروزه دیگر با وجود کامپیوتر اکثر شرکت ها و کارخانجات و حتی افراد عادی ، هیچ یک دیگر از دفاتر حسابداری استفاده نمی کنند. امروزه با وجود نرم افزارهای حرفه ای حسابداری و انجام محاسبات به صورت خودکار و منسجم تمامی این افراد به سمت استفاده از این نرم افزارها روی آورده اند.
