كامپيوتر من خطای 692 را مي دهد ,مشکل از کجاست؟ :rolleye:

اين خطاي مودم ديگه؟
اگر آره اينها دلايلشه چون زياده هر كدوم خواستي بپرس تا ترجمه كنم

CAUSE
This behavior can occur if any of the following conditions exists: • The modem is turned off or malfunctioning.
• If you have an external modem, the serial cable is incorrectly wired.
• If you have an external modem, the serial cable is not securely connected or has open connections.
• The serial port or multiport adapter on the RAS server or client is malfunctioning.
• The handshaking options for the modem are incorrectly configured.
• The modem is unsupported, or the chosen emulation may be incorrect.
• The modem .inf files become corrupted or the modem driver becomes corrupted.

يعني كه مودم كار نم كند. حالا يا سوخته يا از جاش در آمده!

با وجوده اينكه مودم من راكول ميباشد ولي در قسمت كنترل پنل با انتخاب ايكون مودم ,مودم معرفي شده اينتل ميباشد كه به صورت غير اماده است.
