Hi all!

We are very grateful about all the feedback and handwriting samples you’ve sent to us since the launch of our handwriting calculator in Beta Labs.

We have been reading your emails and comments thoroughly and discussing them in our team. It is really difficult to answer each of you directly. So we decide to give some common answers to you through this post.

Two problems are frequently mentioned in the installation process. One is about the non-Nokia or incompatible product prompts. We think you can just ignore those prompts and go ahead if the software package is downloaded from Nokia Beta Labs directly. The other is about the “expired certificate” problem on 5800. This is caused by the old version OS on your phone. We suggest you to update your phone before the next installation.

Another frequently mentioned topic is about extending the function of the calculator and improve its accuracy. We are now working on that. The features you mentioned frequently will have a higher priority in our to-do list. We also need your help to achieve this by sending your handwriting samples to us. With your samples, the extension and improvement of the calculator will become much easier. There is still a long way to go, and we’ll hope to keep hearing your comments to make Handwriting calculator more powerful.
