i want to have origenal toefl (PBT) test.
please help me what book or ... is the best

if you're in Tehran ... go check Enqelab Sq.most of them are good to begin with

If you're familiar with english you may start with BARRON's preparation for TOEFL,
I also suggest you the following prepration books:

Cambridge Prepration fot TOEFL test

TOEFL test prepration KIT

by the way you may alos like IBT (Internet Based TOEFL) as its going to give you more appurtunity to use your english knowledge in test
TOFEL IBT (that large white book) is also suggested for you
