حتی مشهورترین برنامه های فشرده سازی یعنی WinRAR و Winzip تعداد فرمتهای آرشیو پشتیبانی شده شان به تعداد فرمتهای آرشیو پشتیبانی شده در برنامه ی BitZipper نمیرسد! شما میتوانید ده نوع فایل آرشیو گوناگون بسازید:

فایل پشتیبان یا Backup بگیرید!
با استفاده از این برنامه، میتوان از متدهای از قبل تعیین شده استفاده کنید که تعیین میکند کدام فایلها برای پشتیبان گرفتن لازم است. و یا اینکه خودتان بصورت دستی میتوانید فایلهای مورد نیاز برای پشتیبان گرفتن را تعیین کنید و سپس با کلیک بر روی یک دکمه، آن را فعال کنید.
فایل پشتیبان شما با فرمت استاندارد Zip تشکیل خواهند شد و با هر ابزاری که قادر به خواندن فایلهای Zip باشد، قابل دسترسی است.

- Corrected a problem that could cause BitZipper to display a series of error popup messages when the workstation was locked and the content list had focus
