درخواست برنامه برای تبدیل فایل Excel به پایگاه داده Access

با سلام.
من یه برنامه میخوام که بتونم با استفاده از اون یه فایل (یا جدول ) که در برنامه ل Excel تایپ شده و درست کردم رو به یک پایگاه داده Access تبدیل کنه یا برنامه ای مشابه با اون. هدف من این هست که دوباره نیام تو برنامه Access و هر مشخصاتی رو دوباره وارد کنم. فکرش رو بکنید حدود 5 هزار رکورد رو چه جوری با دست وارد کنم. اگه برنامه ای رو میشناسید یا راه حلی رو دارید به من معرفی کنید. ممنون
