1. Nonlove: Like casual interactions with acquaintances
2. Liking: Intimacy is present but passion and commitment aren't.
3. Infatuation: Love at first sight
4. Empty Love: Commitment is present but no passion or intimacy.
5. Romantic Love: Passion & intimacy but no commitment.
6. Companionate Love: Mostly among older couples, passion is replaced by committed friendship.
7. Fatuous Love: Passion & commitment without intimacy (quickie marriage)
8. Consummate Love: full love with passion, intimacy and committment
